1. Acceptance of the terms
Access to and use of the ComptaPlus platform are subject to the user's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.
2. Description of the service
ComptaPlus provides integrated management software (ERP) as a SaaS service for organizations and businesses. The service includes maintenance and technical support according to the chosen subscription.
3. Subscription and plans
Access to the service depends on the chosen plan: its duration, number of users and included modules are shown on the pricing page. Reminders are sent before the due date. When it expires, access to the organization's space is suspended until renewal.
4. Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for how they use the platform. ComptaPlus cannot be held liable for data loss caused by user negligence.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (software, design, logos) are the exclusive property of ComptaPlus and are protected by intellectual property law.
